Grasshopper Eggs? - Microcentrum Encino, Los Angeles County, California, USA October 20, 2005 Size: 1/8-1/4 inch long (each)
A stem of wild buckwheat (Eriogonum fasciculatum) in my front yard was covered by about a dozen per side of these insect eggs, layered like shingles in single file.
