Crab Spider - Bassaniana versicolor - male

Crab Spider - Bassaniana versicolor - Male
Greenwood County, South Carolina, USA
April 24, 2004
Small spider captured in my home and photographed under a loupe, then released. Perhaps 12mm across the stance of the spider.

It looks like Coriarachne versicolor from the Golden Guide (1). Looks a lot like Bassaniana versicolor in this photograph.

According to this page, Coriarachne versicolor (Keyserling) = Bassaniana versicolor (Keyserling).
