Wasp? - Trypoxylon
Elkton, Douglas County, Oregon, USA

For several minutes, these two appeared to be arguing over whose chamber it was. There were no signs of mating or violence, only a tug of war - whoever got into the chamber was promptly pulled out by the other . . . eventually one flew away; the other disappeared into the chamber. Any chance of an ID.
