Size: 2.5mm
I found this teeny tiny moth last December, and just found another, which caused me to wonder what they are. Beautiful little things.

Is it a Phyllonorycter?

Bob is right; definitely Phyllocnistis sp. I can't sight ID it beyond that.

Looks Like a 0854.98 - Unid. Phyllocnistinae sp.
