reminds me of Eupithecia
Not an expert, but this looks like a Eupithecia caterpillar to me. Very common on composites and from what I've read, somewhat color variable depending on food intake.

 
It certainly looks like
the photos in the Eupithecia section. Unsure whether to move it or wait for someone to come along and say "I'm an expert, and that's what it is."
