Galls have been found to contain pupae on Sept. 16, and adults on Oct. 2. (1)
Remarks
Forms twig galls on bur (Quercus macrocarpa) and swamp white (Q. bicolor) oaks in the fall: "Globose, usually with a produced curving apex, single or clustered twig gall, green, turning to brown." (2)
