Hobomok Skipper (Poanes hobomok)
The hindwing pattern is unique to Hobomok Skipper (Poanes hobomok). In a Mulberry Wing, the central, long section of the "crossbow" would extend much closer to the base of the wing, near the head.

Butterfly
This looks to me like a Mulberry Wing, a skipper of wetland habitats. The characteristic field mark for this species is the crossbow shaped yellowish patch on the underside.
