Looks like...
Phthia (=Dallacoris) picta to me. Photo angle makes me a little uncertain. On the other hand, I know the pronotal markings are variable in this species. I'm not sure what the deal is with Phthia vs Dallacoris, btw. I might have a reference dealing with it somewhere but I forget.

i also ogled the bug for a while with no conclusive results and referred the matter to our own DRSwanny who will hopefully get to the bottom of it... sooner or later. Looks nice & special.

Coreidae.
I don't think this is in the Anasa genus, though. Florida has way more genera than anywhere else in the U.S., though.
