Size: body length 16.6 mm.
This beetle looked like it should be easy, but it certainly has us stumped.
I am sure there is a photo hidden amongst the beetles on BugGuide, but when I realized that beetle photos occupied 2178 pages, I gave up the search!
Any help appreciated.
