Latalus species, maybe L. sayii. Found in the grass.

Latalus personatus
Differs from L. sayii in not having indefinite but dark transverse bands across the wings. This species is most common on poverty grass (Danthonia spicata) but may be found on other grasses as well.

again Andy. Leafhoppers are still out in good numbers. They must be hardy to keep going after a few frosts.
