Perhaps a "Misume-something".
A "Misume-something", I think. Perhaps a Misumenops sp. male?

Also waiting for our southern (and Floridian) "spiderologists" to chime in.

Male thomisid...
...but I've never seen one like this before with the candy cane striped chelicerae. I wonder if it could be a Misumessus? I think that Lynette and the Balabans will know more about this genus.

 
Misumessus
Used to be part of Misumenops. All the males I've seen have a greenish carapace and there is only one species in that genus. I guess I'd lean toward one of the other Misumenops males.

Eating a midge
Prey is probably a Chironomus.
