Must be a male, also, spring form
Compare this with the photos I posted recently of a female. Much larger antennae, much smaller abdomen. Interesting too, Tuskes, p. 183 (1) says that spring broods are a more intense green. Compare my photo from August--it is virtually white. (Tuskes says male and female are similar in color, though males tend to be paler.)
