Nice image of a wasp in the family Ibaliidae. Already some images in guide, so moving to species page.

That sure is an interesting one. Looks a lot like a horntail, but I don't see any matches. Bizarre looking abdomen.

 
Almost disc shaped...
I wish I could have gotten a better shot, but it fled after two pictures. This is the better of the two.
