Got one, finally a dictynid
(These are hard -- on first look, the pedipalps look as identical to each other as do the habitus images.)

Emblyna hentzi (Kaston, 1945)

Determination made using Kaston, 1948, and Paquin & Dupérré, 2003.

Probably a Dictyna sp. In this genus there's no hope of species ID
without full detail of genitalia.

The hardest part
is finding them on the snow:-) It helps when I look soon after a snow storm before it gets covered with lots of little spots of dirt.
