Looks a lot like this Melyridae on this page at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.

Amecocerus sp.
Based on Essig melyrid specimens, this seems to be Amecocerus sp.. There are two species at Essig that looked the same to me and were collected in my area, Amecocerus canescens and Amecocerus motschulskii. There were a couple of other Amecocerus species from elsewhere in California that looked the same too.

Melyridae seems likely.
