Very Weird Gray Moth - Baphala pallida

Very Weird Gray Moth - Baphala pallida
Black Kettle National Grassland, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, USA

Thought it was a Salebriaria, but now I don't think it is. Is this something in the Baphala genus? Maybe something similar to B. pallida? What is disturbing is the hollow-looking spot on the wing. Having trouble finding anything like that.

What are you referring to as a "hollow spot"?

"Hollow spot"
Not the best descriptive word. Essentially, of the 2 distinct black spots toward the back 1/3 of the wing, the upper-most one has a gray center. I think it may show up in all my pictures of this individual. Not sure I can see anything like that on the pinned specimen image at MPG, so it confused me for a short time, but I realize there can be variation among individuals too.

Thanks for your help on this and other very tricky moths!
