It's a Leaffooted Bug,
probably the Western Conifer Seed Bug (
Leptoglossus occidentalis
).
They're known to enter homes looking for a warm place to spend the winter.

Not worried about it, but I did put it back outside. Kind of felt bad, it was below freezing out there.
