Looks like Mansonia dyari. You can basically get it to Mansonia (in our range) by the blunt abdomen, medium to large size, and "rough" appearance (the wing scales should be very broad). To get to dyari, there should be no dark "spiniform" scales on the dorso-posterior edge of abdominal segment VII, and there is a distinct patch of white scales on the ventral surface of the proboscis (this is what I used for your specimen).
