I thought this could be the Alfalfa Plant Bug because I have found it before, but it seems more slender.

It's too slender to be a Alfalfa Plant Bug.
It looks like a member of Stenodemini.

Moved from True Bugs, Cicadas, Hoppers, Aphids and Allies.
