Possibly Condylostylus caudatus group
This may be a female in the Condylostylus caudatus group. The males have distinctive features. Females are harder to ID. The more common local species is C. nigrofemoratus (the male has black femora).

Moved from Longlegged Flies. Forked M vein with both forks long (reaching the wing margin or near) puts it in Sciapodinae. Some genera of Sciapodinae lack the fork, but no other subfamily has both branches long.
