Euodynerus boscii boharti, male (FL)
Moved from Euodynerus castigatus rubrivestis. Great find, and first live image of this species on Bugguide. The ssp. boharti occurs in Florida and has reddish instead of yellow markings. This species differs from E. castigatus in having the propodeal angles evenly rounded (not prominent and angular). Furthermore the metasoma is more "fuzzy".

Euodynerus castigatus rubriventris - male (a Mason Wasp)
Looks virtually identical to Pachodynerus erynnis, but this latter species lacks the apical hook of the antennae most Eumeninae males have.
Only Southern populations of this species (those who live where P. erynnis also occurs) have this red color pattern. Further North, E. castigatus castigatus is black and yellow.
