Scolops? - Scolops

Scolops? - Scolops
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
July 11, 1988
Scolops? What do we have here? An ant and two kinds of hoppers, or do we have two life stages of the same hopper species? ID help appreciated.

Scolops and Campylenchia
The Scolops might be any species - you can't see the wing venation in this photo.

The Campylenchia are C. latipes, the eastern species. There are two males (short horn) and a female (long horn). You will also find variation in the length of the horn within each sex.
