Agapostemon splendens
female

Probably Agapostemon
But wait for Eric to confirm or correct this. What is for sure is that it is a female because of the pollen collecting hairs in the hind legs.

Genus: Agapostemon, Augochlorella, Augochloropsis
Species: Augochlora pura, Euglossa viridissima

Agapostemon.
Relatively sure it is a female Agapostemon, but I am not very familiar with Florida fauna. There is an online key to Florida bees, though. Euglossa is MUCH brighter, and still rather rare (apparently became established in some fashion from their native Central and South America).
