Size: ~16mm
Sutural stria not extending to base and is brightly colored with some brassy red reflexions.
Pronotum coarsely, unevenly punctate. Elytral striae with distinct punctures.
The sutural striae ending at the scutelum.
Short medial impression on the pronotum at the scutellum.
First record in Alabama and deep south on BugGuide for this beetle.
