I have it as a pdf...
courtesy of the curator here.. Just note that the checklist is not accurate for many of the obscure and poorly collected families. I've also heard rumors that a new list is coming up soon that will hopefully address these gaps in the old list.

Indeed not accurate
Just checked the Staphylinidae:
1) lots of species missing, new and old species (example: recent publications of Klimaszewski).
2) several old to very old names (for example: Ocypus is still under Staphylinus, Bisnius under Philonthus). Genus Atheta is split up in several genera in several subtribes: never seen this classification before.

new list is colossal news, Tim; hope it materializes soon
the 'current' list is also posted as PDFs on the quoted site; btw, do you mind putting together a list of BG gaps among genera of aquatic beetles? maybe carabids, too... no rush. i'm taking care of most other beetle families -- and will circulate the list [or parts thereof] among folks who can fill the gaps w/pix of preserved specimens

sure, no prob.
may have to wait till at least this weekend though..after all the nice weather we've been having, the snow is scheduled to come back soon..so that will keep me indoors and away from leaf litter and sifting :-)

sure -- no rush
we've got torrential rains instead, but managed to save my basement from being flooded -- good thing my handyman was around.
some 15 min ago, over the breakfast, i was telling about your ending up in a spot blessed with 40s below to an MIT grad student from Singapore who's staying with us these days to work on a project in my wife's lab
