female Clouded Skipper
It's a little worn, giving the white spots an even whiter appearance, so much so that the faint white spot on the HW is actually the sun shining through. That's something I've never noticed before.

 
Believe we can rule out 3-spotted
Tom, what do you think about a female Dun?

 
Actually Dun looks right
The spots in the apex fit a female Dun a little better.
