Those stripes make me think
of Helophilus or Parhelophilus (they're very similar). Both are in the Tribe Eristalini, in the Guide here.

You might look around there until the fly experts check in.

I think this post should move to tribe (Eristalini). To me, it looks like Helophilus, but I'm far from certain. Others here may know for sure.

Looks closer to Helophilus to me based on pictures, but not knowing anything about syrphid genera I don't want to move it beyond a group people with more expertise are sure of.
