i've never seen one this clear, or shiny, before. is this a juvenile?

A. trifasciata.
Reasonably sure this is an adult of A. trifasciata, the banded garden spider. That sharply-pointed abdomen is pretty diagnostic. Will not put in guide until we get consensus, though.

Looks narrow enough to be young
