The Calamintha ashei is just starting to bloom and I went out to try and get better shots of your Osmia (have you named it yet?). I don't know that better would be a word to describe these, but I think this is the same bee. There were two of them frequenting the one patch that was blooming and they were as shy or shyer than last year.
