Goldenrod elliptical gall parasitoids

Goldenrod elliptical gall parasitoids
Horsham trail. Horsham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: +/- 1.3 mm
April 3, 2010. I found some parasitoids inside this pupa from a goldenrod elliptical gall

Tom found some adult parasitic wasps inside a similar pupa. They may be the same, but then again, there are several types of parasitoids of these moths.

Hmmm. I wonder whether they are wasps or something else. Oh, well, I may have to move them. I may get lucky and manage to have some reach adulthood.

Moved

Well, the adult wasp ...
... is a Tetrastichinae (Eulophidae), but that's no guarantee it is the same species as the immatures.
