Measurement is head to wingtips.

Cyarda walkeri
This curious planthopper is a Flatid. The head (obscured by wax) is on the upper right; the other end is a "tail" formed by its pointed wing tips, characteristic of the genus. The species is determined by its size; the other Florida species (C. acuminipennis) is much larger, 11 mm long.
