perilampid wasp?

perilampid wasp?
Calgary, Southern, Alberta, Canada
June 30, 2005
Size: ~3 mm

Yes - most probably genus Perilampus
A nice shot, and a genuine "model" for this small Chalcid family: typically humped and coarsely punctured thorax, short and shining gaster, and forewing venation are clearly visible.
