Here's another example of Wolf spiders in our area. The picture is from June 2008 - sunny, mid-afternoon, about 72 deg. F. I was captivated because this female not only had spiderlings on her back, but the egg case was still attached. Nice moment for me. I can't ID her/eyes are evident.
