Cheiracanthium mildei
-
Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA

Size: Maybe around 7 mm?
It is hard to measure(fast), found near the ceiling indoors. My biggest guestion is
adult or subadult?

Hee hee!
Finally, my one chance to brag! Lol. I'm really good at juggling.
But also wanted to say that when spiders are about to molt, they will actually stop feeding and sink into their retreat and wait. So, who knows, maybe he is on his way to adulthood faster than you expected. :) Make sure he gets water, though. Hydration makes molting possible. I just had a spider die last week while trying to molt and I think it was my fault... I have so many of them, it's hard to make sure they all have water all the time.

Feeding
Normally I take the spider out if I need to clean the container, then I spramp a little bit of water in on the walls (I used to use a wet paper towel wad but had mold issues), then I put the spider back in, and then dump in springtails and aphids from the yard, and close the lid. Not with this guy, he's in, he's out, put him back in, he's out again. He gets out faster than all of the hoppy bugs (which I don't mind losing so I just add extra) so he has to go in last.

Yep, Cheiracanthium for sure
I'm thinking subadult (penultimate). I don't see any tiny apophysis or anything on the palpal tibia or any "junk" visible on the dorsal side of the bulb... so not quite adult. Though I don't think yours is
C. mildei
, here is an example of the adult palp:

I'm gonna try raising it for a bit and see how it goes.
