A. californica - Anyphaena californica - Female

Size: 4.5 mm
I found this spider on an exterior wall of our apartment complex at night. The collected spider proved to be an adult female ghost spider with an epigynum that matches that of A. californica (I have an epigynum image of a different specimen on BG).

I really miss the discussions we had in there, the field reports, etc.

Yes, spring came a little earlier this year. Lots of spiders showing up in my pitfall traps now. :)
