Found this tiny spider today. It had black lobster like pinchers. Any clue what this cute fella is?

"Fella" is right
Those "pinchers" (actually, enlarged pedipalps) indicate that this is a male.

It reminds me a bit of a Lynx Spider...



...but I could be way off, so wait to get the opinion of a spider expert.

 
Yes,
and since you are on my old stomping grounds.. I'd guess it's a male Oxyopes salticus - Striped Lynx. Here's an image of a female I took near there in June.
