Alphina Glauca - Scaralina marmorata

Alphina Glauca - Scaralina marmorata
Sea Island, Glynn County, Georgia, USA
August 2, 2008
Size: 2.1 cm
I found this little insect under a couch when I was staying in sea island. It sat in a box of unidentified specimens for more than two years, but I identified it a few days ago. Very beautiful insect. Also, if anyone knows anything else about the habits of this insect, I am very curious as I can't seem to find mention of it anywhere but here on bugguide.

Moved
Moved from Alphina glauca.

Calyptoproctus marmoratus
