Chrysomela
knabi is a possibility, but in your area, you should consider mainensis, also. Not sure what characters separate the two. Hard to compare images in BugGuide (assuming those in BG are identified correctly, too!).

 
Maybe knabi
After looking at the mainensis, the legs and antennae are a light color, and the 2 I just posted, have half of the legs and antennae black.

 
Quite probably...but...
THere is one listed as C. mainensis here that has the darker appendages. Again, we are assuing these on BG were identified correctly. THere just isnt enough material to make a good comparison (for me, at least).
