What was I thinking? I have a few ichneumonids that I am about to submit and didn't think any further. Another senior moment, sigh!
Thanks.

From the side
it does appear to have a "wasp waist"; however, those antennae say "sawfly" to me. Ichneumonid antennae have at least 16 segments--and often many more.
I could be wrong, but you might want to take a second look.
