'Color' Variations in the Green June Beetle - Cotinis nitida

'Color' Variations in the Green June Beetle - Cotinis nitida

Introduced Cotinis species
Could there been some introduced, shiny green Cotinis species in the Eastern US, for years ?

good idea
Chris
Another sp. that could stand this treatment is Euphoria sepulcralis - that one varies all over the place as well. A good indicator of this is how many names Casey proposed for it!

Since the idea of adding 'info only' Family pages went over like a lead balloon - maybe get some shots of things like Hybosorus, Ochodaeus or Pleocoma - all would be new families for the guide.

Added this as a 'thumbnail' in the info section for this species.
Cheers
Phil

Thanks
Glad you liked it! I will try to get some shots of the families you just listed.
