Green lynx spider...
..guarding her spiderlings (they hatched out of that egg case suspended in the webbing.) You can just see one spiderling silhouetted in the left side of the webbing. We had a lot of these this year--egg cases & webs in tall grass, goldenrod, evergreen sumac, kidneywood, and prickly pear cactus.
