Size: 22 mm
We don't have too many of these, and I've not seen it down here in the Piedmont before--just one last year up in the TN Smokies. This one came to my porch light. Captured and length measured, etc.
I believe it is a female, based on the abdomen lacking a protruding tip (characteristic of male):
