Tiny Mite or Tick? - Halticotoma valida

Size: 1/16"
There were maybe 30 of these guys on one yucca plant leaf. I have no idea what they are but they were grouped pretty tight and started scattering as I approached with the camera.

Neither :)
It's the nymph of a true bug. In fact, it looks a lot like the Yucca Plant Bug, Halticotoma valida.



Let's see if others agree.

Huh...I never even thought to search for the bug based on the specific plant. Interesting that it is a bug specific to Yuccas. Thanks for the ID of which I'm confident you are right.
