Enyo lugubris

Size: est. approx. 2 in. long
I took this photo around 4:10 PM. The subject is high up on a painted brick column.

I don't know if this is a mid-metamorphosis or a creature who has died. I've taken photos of it 24 hours apart and detected no change over that time. Tersa Sphinx is my guess.
