Rhynchaenus sp. The critical diagnostic character are not visible in the photos. It looks more like pallicornis than mixtus and they overlap in distribution. Ask Bob Anderson for his opinion, as he did a revision of the tribe in 1989.

Orchestes mixtus
I am pretty sure this is O. mixtus. The hind femora are less swollen on this species that in O. pallicornis. Also, while distributions do overlap, O. mixtus is quite common in TX, O. pallicornis rarer.
