I'm pretty sure that I don't qualify as "more knowledgeable"...
...than Ken! :-) But, I feel pretty confident that he is correct in his ID assessment on this one. Wingless termite would have been my instantaneous vote.

 
definitely looks like it
i've been seeing quite a few winged and wingless alates recently
