I agree.
After comparing with other images labeled Neuroctenus, both on bugguide and elsewhere, I'm inclined to agree with the ID by "Ceutho*philus." (Let me say that I am no fan of the Web handle fad, especially by anyone who has knowledge they wish to impart. It's like giving a science conference presentation wearing a party mask.)
