Yes
The bugguide page for E. delphinni says that they have been found as far west as east Texas and Houston. Junction, TX is significantly west of that. I welcome other advice.

Not an ID
but Euclea incisa - Hodges#4696 seems similar, but so do some images of Euclea delphinii Hodges#4697.
