I beat this cute little orange bug from an oak tree. Strange mirid? I think it's an adult?

"...could be either Crassomiris sp., Pygovespres vaccinicola (Knight, 1930), or Rubellomiris sp. There are many species of oak inhabiting Phylini from California"
