Tiny (3/8") or smaller flyer, located on Hop leaves - Graphocephala atropunctata

Size: 3/8:+/-
There were lots of these tiny flyers on the hop leaves soaking up sun. Their exteriors appeared hard shelled, but it was difficult to tell for sure.

might be the Blue-green Sharpshooter
Graphocephala atropunctata. Best to wait for expert confirmation.
